New GM Amnesty Clause
-Any first time, new owner to a franchise is allotted one free drop to use within their first 20 days of taking on the role of GM. Free drops are simply a waiver with no penalty assigned. Any free drop of a player with a salary exceeding $10M in the current year results in that player being ineligible to be posted again for UFA until the following season.

New GM Trade Restrictions
-New GM's must be in the league for a minimum of 2 active days before they are permitted to attempt to trade. They also must post a Trade Block once their 2 day activation window ends and wait 3 more days before making a trade.
